Track Order

Once your Softie Box order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Track your package with 17TRACK

Open 17TRACK and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking updates

Tracking information may take 3–7 days to appear or update after shipment. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
